1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 96 Jili platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 96 Jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 96 Jili platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to 96 Jili is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

96 Jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 96 Jili services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 96 Jili platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 96 Jili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Non-Transferability: Your 96 Jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Contact Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for OTP verification and account recovery.

96 Jili reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

96 Jili supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency: All transactions on 96 Jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 96 Jili wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: 96 Jili aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

96 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may carry specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• 96 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 96 Jili's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 96 Jili platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• 96 Jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes across all applicable game types.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is closed and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 96 Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be voided and the stake returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 96 Jili platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and tournaments.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 96 Jili staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 96 Jili platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 96 Jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 96 Jili platform without prior written consent from the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96 Jili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

96 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 96 Jili platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
